Club Training Sessions

Club training sessions are designed to enable swimmers to experience all aspects of competitive swimming; starts, turns, relay changeovers, stroke technique, racing etc.
Club swimming sessions are currently conducted on Friday nights and Sunday mornings.

Friday Night Training

*Each swimmer must pay pool entry

Coaches: Adrian Hanson and a Rotational Coach
Starts from: 6.45pm - 8.15pm

Training for all ages, focuses on:
--> Fitness
--> Improving and correcting stroke technique
--> Competition skills

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the wide differences in age and skill level at club swimming sessions the Coaches will not be pushing you hard, you should swim at your own pace.
